What began as a recreational interest  in 2009 in masonary ovens and bread baking developed into a new family business. Bread Heads began with an Italian wood fired oven, mounted on a trailer, made in Ontario. We honed our skills making wood fired pizza, on the road at many events over the course of three years and across three provinces before finally opening a licensed brick and mortar location in Kitchener, all the while keeping our mobile operation thriving.


 We make wood fired pizza in the Neapolitan tradition in an effort to give pizza back some dignity. Our pizza is not the main street variety; the crust is thin, the toppings balanced and flavourful, and baked in a wood fired oven.

 This website is designed as information central for all things Bread Heads. We also make heavy use of our Facebook and Twitter accounts on a daily basis for communication and updates.
